About the role#
Lean TECHniques is looking for Software Engineer Interns to join our engineering team. This is a full-time, paid internship with a hybrid work structure. We offer rolling start dates for those currently enrolled in or recently finished with a formal computer science program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a team of 3-5 members to build high-quality software solutions.
- Maintain and improve our internal systems.
- Write and work on code used in our daily operations.
- Learn and apply test-driven development practices.
- Focus on skill growth through ongoing training and professional development.
What you'll need#
- Basic programming skills in one or more languages.
- A computer science background, either current or recently completed.
- An ability to approach problems programmatically.
- Experience working effectively within a team.
- A positive attitude when working through complex engineering challenges.
