About the role#
This Summer Associate position is based in the San Francisco Healthcare Banking Group. You will work on strategic transactions for companies across the biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and life science tools sectors. The team collaborates with colleagues in New York and London on international deals.
What you'll do#
Your daily tasks depend on your experience and abilities. You will perform financial analysis and modeling. You will also create and prepare client presentations and marketing materials. You will interact directly with clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA or JD program with graduation within two years
- 2-3 years of prior work experience
- Top academic performance
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
- Motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise
- Interest in working in San Francisco
