About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers direct exposure to investment management and equity research within the Emerging Markets sector. You will work alongside investment professionals on real projects, receiving mentorship and access to industry veterans. The program aims to build your technical and analytical skills through hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with investment management professionals to support ongoing projects.
- Perform corporate analysis on current and prospective holdings.
- Participate in company meetings and calls.
- Attend industry conferences.
- Prepare and deliver a final pitch presentation to senior management.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising undergraduate senior graduating in 2028.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Prior experience in equity research, such as through a student-managed fund or previous internship.
- Financial modeling skills, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow modeling.
- Experience with both quantitative and fundamental research methods.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on academic achievement and previous work experience.
- Curiosity and the initiative to develop original investment ideas.
- Majors in Finance or Economics.

- Compensation: Pro-rated base annual salary of $90,000.
