About the role#
The Training and Talent Development intern supports the team with daily operations and helps provide a positive experience for employees. You will participate in various administrative tasks and projects while expanding your knowledge of human resources.
What you'll do#
- Manage the department email inbox and ticketing system while responding to employee requests.
- Help facilitate a smooth learning experience during virtual and online training sessions.
- Prepare and format documents including memos, invitations, surveys, and internal communications.
- Review and translate documents between French and English.
- Administer the internal learning management system by creating courses, enrolling participants, monitoring access, and producing completion reports.
- Track training records and assist with compliance regarding Quebec workforce skills development laws.
- Process tuition reimbursement requests and update training calendars, presentations, and tracking tools.
- Collaborate on projects related to training, talent development, and human resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a program focused on human resources, administration, management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual skills in French and English for both written and verbal communication.
- An interest in HR and training, combined with a collaborative mindset and service orientation.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, curiosity, and initiative.

- This is an on-site role based in Montreal, Quebec.
- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling application term.
