About the role#
Kwanii is seeking an HR Intern to support the recruitment team throughout the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced professionals in the outsourcing industry. You will gain hands-on experience by managing end-to-end recruitment tasks in a remote environment.
What you'll do#
- Source candidates and post job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Review resumes to evaluate candidate eligibility.
- Facilitate the full hiring process, including conducting interviews, scheduling meetings with hiring managers, and monitoring pre-employment requirements.
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Provide consistent feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 320 hours over the course of two months.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Professionalism when interacting with candidates at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- This position is fully remote.
- The schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift.
