About the role#
This co-op position supports the FP&A and Process Excellence teams at Kruger Products. You will work within the finance department to help track business performance and improve internal processes. This is a full-time, paid contract role based in Mississauga.
What you'll do#
- Update templates and validate data to support monthly financial reporting.
- Assist with variance analysis and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Pull and analyze data from SAP for reporting tasks.
- Document existing finance processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Complete a specific project focused on reporting or process improvement, culminating in a final presentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- A genuine interest in data and analytics.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Previous exposure to SAP or Power BI is an asset but not required.
