About the role#
This internship provides clinical experience within a multidisciplinary team. You will support clients through treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination. Interns work within one of our clinical programs, including Outpatient Services for children and families, the Flexible Assertive Community Treatment team for adults with chronic mental illness, or our Substance Use Treatment programs.
What you'll do#
- Plan and provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Deliver intensive, team-based behavioral health support.
- Help adults connect with housing, employment, and community resources.
- Conduct substance use program assessments.
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary.
- Travel to provide office-based outreach services to the community.
- Maintain clinical and administrative records.
- Collaborate with social service agencies and natural support systems.
- Participate in supervision, training, and clinical policy implementation.
What you'll need#
- You must be within one year of completing a degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.
- No prior experience is required for this entry-level role.
- You must have the Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.
- A demonstrated capacity to work effectively with vulnerable populations.

- This role is based in Bremerton, Washington.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling start date.
