About the role#
The Global Product Information team is responsible for creating documentation and training deliverables for standard solutions, subsystems, and products. This co-op position supports the training and certification content development team by assisting in the creation of course materials and participating in development processes.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of training and certification content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to participate in needs analysis.
- Design and build training content using online instructional design tools.
- Follow best practices for course development and review processes.
- Research, test, and update existing training materials.
- Perform administrative and course development duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a program related to Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop curriculum.
- Capability to design and build training content.
- Strong research skills for updating existing materials.
