About the role#
As a Quality Data Analytics Co-op, you will work within the Research and Development department to support supply chain and quality operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, gain professional experience, and contribute to the development of our beverage products. You may have the opportunity to travel to manufacturing sites to see how your work impacts the production process.
What you'll do#
- Lead the development, verification, and testing of data analytics dashboards and visualization tools.
- Execute operational plans and projects, focusing on data analytics for Daily Management Systems and Quality Management Systems.
- Assist with Total Productive Maintenance implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events.
- Influence software capabilities to achieve six sigma quality performance.
- Test and verify new technology systems for quality management and manufacturing processes.
- Complete a project from start to finish and present findings to stakeholders, including department leadership.
- Participate in professional development training, meet and greets, and lunch and learns.
- Partner with a mentor to build your professional network and business knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program with junior year standing.
- Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using PowerBI and SQL.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and associated analytic tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally as an independently driven self-starter.
- Familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.
- Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4 to May 21, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $31 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
