About the role#
Join the manufacturing team at Keurig Dr Pepper in Houston. This co-op program focuses on sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a large beverage production facility. You will work alongside EHS, Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline plant processes.
What you'll do#
- Analyze water consumption data to support projects aimed at reducing utility costs and the Water Usage Ratio.
- Build and improve Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows to automate reporting and tracking.
- Support TPM, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying losses and participating in kaizen events.
- Manage project action items and coordinate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
- Complete an end-to-end project and present your results to department and senior leadership.
- Participate in professional development training, mentor support, and networking events with company executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related manufacturing field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent drive and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Lean Manufacturing, or data analytics.
Location & details#
- Location: Houston, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2027 (July 12 to December 10, 2027).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $31.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Note: You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
