About the role#
As a Field Sales Management Intern, you will work within the Beverage Operating Unit to grow market channels, achieve sales objectives, and ensure executional excellence. You will represent the company to distributor partners and identify emerging trends in competitive activity. This internship serves as a potential pipeline for our Early Career Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share, and distribution while meeting volume objectives.
- Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell promotions, displays, point-of-sale materials, and beverage section resets.
- Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Create and execute action plans to meet annual objectives.
- Partner with a mentor to build your network and enhance your business knowledge.
- Complete a final project from start to finish and present your results to department leadership.
- Participate in meet-and-greets and lunch-and-learns with company executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Major in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Geographic flexibility to relocate to any program location.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
- Prior experience in consumer packaged goods or the beverage industry is a plus.

- Location: Woodbridge Township, New Jersey.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
