About the role#
As a Field Sales Management Intern, you will join the Beverage Operating Unit in Houston for the Summer 2027 program. You will represent the company to distributor partners, evaluate market trends, and work toward specific sales volume objectives. This role focuses on executional excellence and growing product presence within assigned channels. Interns who perform well may be invited to participate in the Early Career Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to drive growth, distribution, and volume.
- Coordinate with key account personnel to manage promotions, displays, point-of-sale materials, and beverage section resets.
- Build and maintain customer account relationships to improve product availability.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Create action plans to reach annual sales objectives.
- Complete an end-to-end project and present your findings to your team, department leadership, and stakeholders.
- Participate in meet and greets and lunch and learns with company executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in Business Administration or a related field.
- Junior standing with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A self-starter mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Geographic flexibility to relocate to any listed U.S. program location.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without future sponsorship.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or the beverage industry is a plus.

- Compensation: $28.00 per hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
