About the role#
As a Field Sales Management Intern, you will focus on growing market channels, achieving sales objectives, and ensuring executional excellence. You will represent the company to distributor partners, identify emerging trends in competitive activity, and work within the Beverage Operating Unit. This internship is a potential pathway to the Early Career Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share, distribution, and volume objectives.
- Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell promotions, displays, point-of-sale material, and beverage section resets.
- Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Develop action plans to meet annual objectives.
- Partner on innovative projects within a cross-functional team.
- Participate in meet-and-greets and lunch-and-learns with company leadership.
- Complete a final project and present your findings to your team and department vice president.
- Receive professional development training and work with a mentor to build your network.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in your junior year, pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate to any U.S. program location.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally as an independently driven self-starter.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or the beverage industry is a plus.
- Work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

- Location: Tempe, Arizona.
- Duration: June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
