About the role#
As a Field Sales Management Intern, you will represent Keurig Dr Pepper in the Indianapolis market. You will work within our Beverage Operating Unit to grow sales channels, achieve volume objectives, and ensure executional excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role that runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027. Successful interns may be invited to participate in our Early Career Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Sell KDP brands to maximize brand growth, distribution, and volume.
- Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell promotions, displays, and beverage section resets.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase product availability.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Create action plans to meet annual objectives.
- Partner on innovative projects within a cross-functional team.
- Participate in meet and greets and lunch and learns with company executives.
- Complete a project from start to finish and present your findings to the team and department leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Expected graduation in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Major in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Geographic flexibility to relocate to any listed U.S. program location.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
