About the role#
As a Creative Operations Co-op for the Fall 2027 term, you will support the Creative Team at Keurig Dr Pepper. This role focuses on project coordination, workflow management, and administrative tasks rather than design or creative production. You will gain hands-on experience with project management systems, asset workflows, and product launch planning while working with merchandising, growth marketing, and email teams.
What you'll do#
- Partner with designers to create templates that simplify brand and legal reviews.
- Review team workflows to find opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in documenting processes across creative brief templates.
- Create training materials and onboarding documentation, including videos.
- Manage and create efficiencies for the creative team and other users within the project management tool.
- Participate in meet and greets and lunch and learn sessions.
- Complete an individual project from start to finish and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program.
- You have an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- You are majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
- You have an interest in workflow, process improvement, and creative operations.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You can manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
- You communicate well, with strong listening, written, and verbal abilities.
- You can work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
- You are independently driven.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Adobe Suite is a plus.
- You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Term: Fall 2027 (July 12th through December 3rd, 2027).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Modality: Hybrid, with in-office attendance required Tuesday through Thursday.
