About the role#
As an Appliance Engineering Co-op, you will join the Coffee Operating Unit in Burlington, Massachusetts. You will work on the development and improvement of Keurig appliances, including the Keurig Alta and K-rounds ecosystem. This role provides direct exposure to global supply chains, electromechanical components, and contract manufacturing. You will receive mentor support, participate in professional development training, and attend meet-and-greets with company executives.
What you'll do#
- Lead a new design or improvement initiative based on your interests and present the results to leadership.
- Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles and New Product Development to create solutions for consumer needs.
- Plan projects and capture learnings using project management and guided experimentation tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on innovation projects.
- Complete a project from start to finish and present your takeaways to your team and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills.
- Capability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
- Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2027 (July 13, 2027 to December 10, 2027).
- Compensation: $31 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days.
