About the role#
Keros Therapeutics is hiring an IT Operations Co-op to join our team in Lexington. This position is for a 3rd or 4th year college student looking to gain hands-on experience in a biotechnology environment. You will work with our IT professionals to support end-user technology, device management, and day-to-day operations. This role is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Provide front-line technical support for employees with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with laptop deployment, configuration, imaging, and troubleshooting.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning activities.
- Respond to service requests and incidents while maintaining high customer service standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- You must be entering your Junior or Senior year at an accredited college or university.
- Eligibility to participate in an approved co-op or internship program through your academic institution.

- Compensation: $28 to $32 per hour.
