Product Intern

About the role#

Kensington is seeking a Product Intern to join the Product & Partnerships team. This execution-focused role supports the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of travel products. You will coordinate workflows, support product builds, conduct research, and ensure product information remains accurate and consistent.

What you'll do#

• Prepare, format, and proofread service briefs for itineraries.
• Source, organize, and upload images into internal systems.
• Conduct destination, supplier, and itinerary research to support product development.
• Triage incoming requests from internal stakeholders and manage workflow queues.
• Assist with Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking, reporting, and feedback organization.

What you'll need#

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication skills, including drafting and proofreading.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
