Intern - Sales

About the role#

The Sales Intern will support regional teams by delivering market research, competitive intelligence, and itinerary analysis. This role is suited for individuals interested in luxury travel, consulting, sales strategy, or product development who are looking to gain experience in market management and stakeholder support.

What you'll do#

• Conduct research on regional travel trends, consumer demand patterns, and emerging destinations.
• Monitor macro trends affecting travel, including pricing, seasonality, geopolitical factors, sustainability, and experiential travel.
• Summarize research findings into concise, executive-ready insights for Regional Sales leadership.
• Perform in-depth competitor analysis, focusing on itinerary structure, pacing, pricing, and service models.
• Assist with benchmarking service standards and identifying opportunities to elevate the client experience.
• Develop comparison metrics and insights to support sales strategy and training.
• Support the development of new itinerary threads, seasonal offerings, and region-specific value adds.
• Prepare internal sales tools, reference documents, and briefing materials.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI reporting.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
