Intern - Repeat Marketing: Luxury Events & Content Marketing

About the role#

Kensington is seeking a Luxury Events & Content Marketing Intern to support the planning and execution of up to 12 exclusive repeat client events in 2027. This role sits at the intersection of luxury event production, influencer marketing, client relations, and multi-channel content strategy, focusing on curating experiences for valued repeat clients while capturing content to drive brand engagement.

What you'll do#

• Partner with the CRM team to segment and identify the right repeat clients for each event based on trip history, engagement, and location.
• Research, source, and coordinate the procurement of custom gifts for event attendees.
• Identify and secure one influencer and one press attendee per event, including managing outreach and briefing.
• Work with the Integrated Marketing team to repurpose event content into social media, email, and paid campaign assets.
• Track and report on content performance across channels following each event.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in event planning, influencer marketing, or luxury brand environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for premium, on-brand copy and messaging.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and basic campaign reporting.
