About the role#
Jockey International, Inc. is hiring a Tax Accounting Intern to work at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This is a paid, full-time position that offers professional training and mentoring within our finance and accounting departments. We provide a flexible schedule to accommodate your class commitments.
What you'll do#
- Work closely with the corporate tax team on various projects.
- Update personal property tax spreadsheets and prepare annual returns for multiple jurisdictions.
- Process business license and tax forms according to the monthly calendar.
- Process and track check requests.
- Create Excel spreadsheets to assist in account analysis.
- Handle general filing and clerical tasks.
- Perform other duties and projects as requested.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Accounting or Finance, with Junior status preferred.
- A GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong Excel skills and general computer proficiency in the MS-Office suite.
- General accounting experience gained through coursework or previous internships.
- Strong time management, organizational, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- This role is based on-site at our corporate office in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
- This is a rolling internship term.
