About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in the transportation and logistics industry. You will work alongside professionals and mentors to coordinate supply chain activities between customers and carriers. This is a full-time, paid position based in Orrville, Ohio, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Set up, track, and follow up on shipments.
- Communicate shipping updates and delays to all involved parties.
- Handle phone calls and emails to provide customer service.
- Maintain and update the company computer database.
- Work with your team to resolve issues and find shipping solutions.
