About the role#
This work study position supports the Ellsworth Community College football team during the Fall 2026 semester. You will work directly with the coaching staff to ensure players have the necessary gear for practices and games.
What you'll do#
- Attend all football games and practices.
- Set up training stations and store gear once sessions conclude.
- Distribute practice gear and manage laundry duties.
- Assist with game attire and travel bag distribution.
- Help load equipment onto buses for away games.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move gear weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused for long periods.
- A genuine interest in football and working as part of a team.

- This is an on-site, part-time, paid role.
