About the role#
The Financial Services Department is looking for a student to assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks. This is a paid, on-site position for the Fall 2026 semester.
What you'll do#
- Perform accounts payable data entry.
- Handle filing, document scanning, and general organization.
- Prepare mail and various correspondence.
- Maintain department records.
- Provide general office support as needed.
- Assist with other duties to support the success of the District.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and standard office procedures.
- The ability to perform accurate data entry.
- Experience providing administrative support.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
