About the role#
Invesco is seeking an Early Career Intern for our ETF Marketing team. This is a 9-week, paid summer internship based in our New York City office. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside our teams to support marketing initiatives, learn from industry professionals, and build your professional network. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time offer in our Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of ETF marketing campaigns by managing project timelines and coordinating deliverables.
- Assist in the creation and review of marketing materials, including emails, articles, web content, and sales-support assets.
- Translate complex investment concepts and ETF information into clear content for investors and financial professionals.
- Partner with colleagues across various departments, including Product, Distribution, Digital, Creative, and Compliance.
- Analyze campaign performance and summarize findings to help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use approved AI tools to assist with content development and data analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date in spring or summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Academic or extracurricular focus in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, investing, and the asset management industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Experience with creative problem solving, analytical thinking, and managing multiple project deadlines.
- Familiarity with ETFs, capital markets, or financial services marketing is a plus.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site role. Employees are expected to work from the office at least four days each week.
- Eligibility: You must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
