The Fall 2026 Economic Empowerment Intern will support the International Rescue Committee in Atlanta. This full-time, unpaid internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in humanitarian program implementation. Candidates should be pursuing studies in Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, International Relations, or Sociology.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the implementation of economic empowerment programs.
- Conduct research and analyze data relevant to program outcomes.
- Support program documentation and reporting efforts.
- Engage with community members and stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
What you'll need#
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- An understanding of economic empowerment concepts.
