About the role#
This internship focuses on supporting our organization-wide rollout of the Esker Procurement platform. You will work closely with the Finance Operations team to drive user adoption and improve internal processes. This role offers exposure to system configuration, user training, and core financial support tasks.
What you'll do#
- Learn and maintain deep knowledge of Esker Procurement configuration and functionality.
- Deliver user training through one-on-one sessions and group workshops.
- Set up and host support drop-in sessions for employees.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to staff using the procurement system.
- Troubleshoot user issues and respond to procurement-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update training documentation and user guides.
- Provide Accounts Payable support and assist with other Finance Operations projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Finance, Accounting, or related degree program.
- Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve system or process problems.
- Comfort learning new applications and understanding complex workflows.
- Experience or interest in gathering feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests while maintaining accurate documentation.
- A focus on providing a positive user experience when assisting employees.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance Operations, end users, and stakeholders across the organization.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
