About the role#
Inova Loudoun Hospital is hiring a Radiology Extern 1. This is a part-time, PRN position based in Leesburg, Virginia. This role is on-site and follows a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Assist technologists with imaging procedures.
- Position patients for X-Ray exams based on department protocols.
- Transport and escort patients when needed.
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment functions properly.
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Follow departmental policies, safety standards, and quality assurance programs.
- Work with Radiologists to keep the department running smoothly.
What you'll need#
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment as a full-time student in good standing at an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
