About the role#
As an Antenna Engineering Intern, you will support the design, testing, and integration of antenna systems for spacecraft communication and GNSS receivers. This role involves collaborating with antenna, RF, avionics, and mechanical engineering teams to build performant and maintainable solutions.
What you'll do#
- Write scripts to assist with early antenna design phases.
- Perform integration testing on antenna hardware.
- Provide support for antenna systems at the vehicle level.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to solve technical challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering degree program.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including RF, avionics, and mechanical engineers.
- Experience or coursework in antenna design, test, or integration.
- Proficiency in scripting for design and analysis tasks.
Location & details#
- Location: Redondo Beach, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (12 weeks, January to May).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: $32 per hour.
