Customer Support and Operations Intern

About the role#

Igloo Products Corp. is seeking a Customer Support and Operations Intern to join the Sales Operations team. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in support operations, data analysis, and pricing compliance while working on projects that impact business outcomes.

What you'll do#

• Analyze ticket volume trends and customer sentiment to identify insights and recommend operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain training materials designed for call center agents.
• Enhance AI capabilities within the ticketing system to streamline workflows and improve issue resolution speeds.
• Monitor Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance by reviewing retailer listings, identifying violations, and escalating findings.
• Field customer service calls and tickets, analyze data, create reports, and prepare PowerPoint presentations.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate (minimum rising sophomore level).
• Academic background in Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Management, Data Analytics, or Retail Merchandising.
• Previous experience within the retail or hospitality industry.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

• Modality: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
• Status: Paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
