Creative Producer Intern

About the role#

This 12-week internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creative production within the manufacturing industry. Reporting to the Creative Producer, you will lead a specific project from initial concept through to post-production handoff, focusing on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do#

• Manage the end-to-end creative production of a campaign shoot, including pre-production planning and on-site execution.
• Lead budget planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication for your assigned project.
• Coordinate with talent and cross-functional teams to ensure all production elements are managed effectively.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings and assist with concept development.
• Deliver project outputs that contribute to the improvement of internal production processes.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate (minimum rising sophomore level) with relevant coursework in Marketing, Art, or Digital Design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complex timelines concurrently.
• Self-motivated with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in productivity and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Asana, or Figma.
