The Customer Service & Call Center Analyst Intern will join the Customer Service team at Igloo Products Corp. in Katy, Texas. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and focuses on optimizing support workflows, analyzing performance data, and enhancing system capabilities to support company growth.
What you'll do#
- Analyze ticket volume trends and customer sentiment to identify actionable insights for support operations.
- Develop and maintain training materials for call center agents.
- Enhance AI capabilities within the ticketing system to streamline workflows and improve issue resolution times.
- Field customer service calls and manage support tickets.
- Perform data analysis and create reports and PowerPoint presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate (minimum rising sophomore level) in Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or Marketing.
- Completed coursework in Customer Service, Business Management, Data Analytics, Consumer Insights, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Previous experience within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
