Creative Intern

About the role#

The Creative Strategy Intern will support the development and execution of promotional and licensed go-to-market campaigns for Igloo Coolers. This role provides exposure to creative strategy, brand systems, and campaign development within a consumer products organization. You will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate with the broader creative team to build scalable frameworks that support brand consistency and business objectives.

What you'll do#

• Conduct competitive and category research to inform creative direction and strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of style guides, creative frameworks, and modular design templates for use across multiple campaigns and channels.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials.
• Participate in creative reviews and strategy discussions with senior team members.
• Support the organization and documentation of creative systems and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across promotional and licensing initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate of a university or college (minimum rising sophomore level).
• Coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of design principles.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Figma.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks against defined timelines.
