B2C Ecommerce Intern

About the role#

Igloo Products Corp. is seeking a B2C Ecommerce Intern to join the IT and Data & Analytics team for the Summer 2026 term. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Business Systems, this role focuses on improving business insights through hands-on experience with Shopify and Power BI. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Katy, Texas office.

What you'll do#

• Support the ecommerce team by building and maintaining a weekly performance scorecard in Power BI.
• Analyze key KPIs, including Seasonal Index revenue, top SKUs, and the impact of discounts and promotions.
• Develop a Power BI Ecommerce Dashboard featuring weekly and monthly views, trend lines, top products, and promo performance.
• Use Python for data cleanup and machine learning algorithms.
• Create a promo and campaign recap playbook to document results and define future actions.
• Generate funnel and cohort insight reports to identify drop-offs and provide actionable recommendations.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate (minimum rising sophomore level) in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and an interest in ecommerce operations and KPIs.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Shopify administration is preferred.
