About the role#
We are hiring engineering interns for the Fall 2026 term in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a full-time, paid position. You will gain exposure to radar systems, aerospace systems, avionics, modeling and simulation, and antenna design. You will also learn how DoD contracts function and assist in the execution of ongoing programs.
What you'll do#
- Perform lab prototyping and testing using hardware and test software.
- Document test results and ensure compliance with defense industry standards.
- Design fixtures and complete various project engineering tasks.
- Assist with the execution of programs across the engineering lifecycle.
What you'll need#
- You must be a US citizen.
- You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master of Science program.
- Eligible majors include Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical fields.
- Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.
