About the role#
IDEMIA North America is hiring an Information Technology intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Oakville, Ontario. You will work in a hybrid capacity, supporting project managers with daily operations and documentation.
What you'll do#
- Help develop and maintain project schedules.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
- Organize project documentation and records.
- Follow up with team members regarding assigned tasks.
- Attend internal and customer project meetings.
What you'll need#
- Ability to travel to the office in Oakville for hybrid work.
