About the role#
This summer internship offers practical experience within an automotive manufacturing environment. You will work in a support role to learn how business functions and manufacturing systems operate to deliver quality vehicles. The position involves applying classroom knowledge to real world business situations while developing technical and critical thinking skills.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational and administrative tasks and provide technical support for your assigned department.
- Gather and assemble information for departmental use.
- Research and complete a project tailored to the needs and goals of your department.
- Present your final project to your department and Human Resources.
- Coordinate and comply with all Business Management System, Environmental Management System, and Safety Management System requirements.
- Participate in training, meetings, and conferences.
What you'll need#
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing.
- A cumulative grade point average between 3.0 and 4.0.
- Majors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.

- Location: Montgomery, Alabama.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time.
- This is a paid internship.
- Note: The role may require occasional travel, flexibility in working hours including weekends and holidays, and potential overtime or on-call duty.
