This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term based at the Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) in Irvine, California. You will work on-site as part of the Kia interior design team.
What you'll do#
- Assist in creating interior design concepts.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers on various projects.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct research on current design trends to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Architecture.
- Strong design skills and familiarity with industry-standard design software.
- Knowledge of interior design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
