About the role#
This internship provides on-site experience within a department at a premier resort. You will work alongside experienced leaders to shape your career path and gain insight into resort operations. The program includes shadowing different departments, participating in executive sessions, and conducting interviews with senior leaders to learn about their career journeys. You will also collaborate on a project that encourages creativity and contributes to business innovation.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on work experience in a designated resort department.
- Lead and support activities such as trivia, pool games, outdoor fun, and educational programs.
- Conduct two interviews with senior leaders to explore their leadership philosophies.
- Collaborate on a project focused on business innovation.
- Assist with daily resort operations, which may include housekeeping, food and beverage, safety and security, or front office tasks.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing or walking for extended periods.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college degree program at any level.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred majors include Hospitality or Business Management, though students from other disciplines like Marketing or Environmental Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 10 pounds (or 25 pounds for housekeeping roles).
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the scope of your role.

- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Note: Housing and relocation are the responsibility of the student.
