Marketing Intern (Paid) - Mandarin Speaking

About the role#

HungryPanda Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time, on-site position based in New York City. The role requires 3–4 days of work per week, with a minimum of 3 hours per day, focusing on field marketing and community engagement.

What you'll do#

• Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas such as university campuses, residential communities, and local commercial districts.
• Introduce the platform, products, and promotional campaigns to potential users to support growth targets.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, giveaways, and event supplies.
• Participate in the execution of local events, including campus orientations, community festivals, and cultural events.
• Gather user feedback and market insights to assist in optimizing marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on brand awareness and community outreach initiatives.

What you'll need#

• An outgoing and proactive personality with the ability to comfortably interact with new people.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local Chinese communities, student organizations, or university networks.
• Previous experience in brand promotion, campus ambassador programs, event marketing, or field sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Must possess valid work authorization (CPT or OPT) for the duration of the internship.
• Ability to work on-site and participate in outdoor field marketing activities.
