Marketing Intern (Paid) - Mandarin Speaking

About the role#

HungryPanda Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time, on-site position requiring 3–4 days of work per week, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift. The role focuses on field marketing and brand promotion within local communities.

What you'll do#

• Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas, including university campuses, residential communities, and local events.
• Introduce the app, products, and promotional campaigns to potential users to assist with user acquisition.
• Support daily marketing initiatives and contribute to user growth targets.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, giveaways, and event supplies.
• Participate in the execution of campus orientations, community festivals, and cultural events.
• Gather user feedback and market insights to support the improvement of marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on brand awareness and community outreach projects.

What you'll need#

• Outgoing, proactive personality with comfort interacting with people in face-to-face environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local Chinese communities, student organizations, or university networks.
• Previous experience in brand promotion, campus ambassador programs, event marketing, sales, or field marketing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain responsibility for field tasks.
• Must possess valid work authorization for the duration of the internship (CPT or OPT accepted).
• Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
