Marketing Intern (Paid) - Mandarin Speaking

About the role#

HungryPanda Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the team in Philadelphia for the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, part-time, on-site position requiring 3–4 days of work per week, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift. The role focuses on field marketing, requiring regular in-person activity within the local community.

What you'll do#

• Conduct in-person promotional activities in high-traffic areas such as university campuses, residential communities, and local commercial districts.
• Introduce the app, products, and current promotional campaigns to potential users to support user acquisition.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute promotional materials, including flyers and event supplies.
• Participate in local marketing events, including campus orientations, community festivals, and cultural events.
• Gather user feedback and market insights to assist the team in optimizing marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on brand awareness and community outreach projects.

What you'll need#

• Outgoing and proactive personality with the ability to interact comfortably with new people.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local Chinese communities, student organizations, or university networks.
• Previous experience in brand promotion, campus ambassador programs, event marketing, or field marketing is preferred.
• Must possess valid work authorization (CPT or OPT accepted).
• Ability to work on-site and participate in field activities.
