Marketing Intern - Mandarin Speaking

About the role#

HungryPanda Ltd is seeking a Marketing Intern to join the team in Seattle for a paid, part-time summer internship. This role focuses on local market development, brand building, and community engagement. The internship requires a commitment of 20 hours per week for a duration of 3 months, starting between August and October 2026.

What you'll do#

• Assist the marketing team in developing and maintaining relationships with local clients.
• Manage the full lifecycle of WeChat community operations, including user acquisition, engagement, event planning, and content creation.
• Conduct offline promotional activities and prepare marketing materials.
• Monitor industry trends and coordinate content distribution through social media influencers.
• Contribute to overall brand image development.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program related to Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to think creatively and willingness to try new approaches.
• Previous experience in marketing or operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for community management.
• Must possess legal work authorization (OPT/CPT accepted).
• Access to a vehicle is preferred.
