Architecture Internships/CO-OP Opportunities - 2027

About the role#

Huitt-Zollars, Inc. offers full-time internship and co-op opportunities for students pursuing degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Urban Planning. These temporary positions are available throughout 2027 and provide hands-on experience in a professional design services environment. Schedules are flexible, with standard office hours occurring Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to 2-3 projects simultaneously at various stages of development.
• Prepare project designs and construction documents using BIM software.
• Research building codes, materials, and assemblies for incorporation into drawings.
• Integrate information from consultants and suppliers into Revit models.
• Assist in the processing of contractor submittals and RFIs by logging and routing documentation.
• Prepare graphic materials for presentations and assist with project correspondence and meeting minutes.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment at an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Practical experience with BIM software and proficiency in Revit models.
• Ability to conduct research on building codes and materials.
