About the role#
This is a full-time Summer 2027 internship position within the Corporate Valuation Advisory Services team. You will work alongside experienced professionals on complex transactions and gain exposure to a variety of industries. This role is paid and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Develop complex financial models.
- Analyze financial statements and industry conditions.
- Evaluate acquisitions and divestitures.
- Examine investment attributes of public and private securities.
- Participate in firm marketing efforts.
What you'll need#
- You must be a B.A., B.S., or B.B.A. candidate majoring in Finance or Accounting.
- Your expected graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You should have completed coursework in accounting and finance.
- A fundamental understanding of valuation theory and methodologies is required.
- Strong analytical abilities and computer skills, specifically in Excel, are necessary.
- You must demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
