About the role#
As a student intern in the structures department, you will work under supervision to handle basic structural engineering tasks. You will apply standard techniques and procedures to support project designs. This is a full-time, paid internship with a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Complete elementary structural engineering assignments based on designs from others.
- Develop, modify, and review project drawings.
- Organize and maintain documentation for specific projects.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet project schedules.
- Maintain a commitment to internal and external client service.
- Practice sustainable work habits to support a green workplace.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a civil or structural engineering degree program.
- A previous internship at an engineering or architectural design firm is preferred.

- Compensation: 27 to 30 USD per hour.
