About the role#
HMH is hiring a Global Services Intern for Summer 2027. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in either Houston or Odessa, Texas. The program runs for 12 weeks, from May 24 to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Improve service offerings through efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with programs designed to enhance the customer experience.
- Configure account structures across various service applications.
- Set up process automation tools to support key business metrics.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
