About the role#
The Hospitality Internship Program offers college students the chance to gain supervisory experience across our resort properties during the summer. This program provides hands-on management training in Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Recreation, or Housekeeping. Interns work from May 15, 2027, through August 7, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Food & Beverage: Supervise daily dining room and service operations, manage floor service execution, handle staff training and scheduling, and oversee inventory management.
- Guest Services: Lead front-of-house guest operations, manage core guest-facing teams, resolve guest inquiries, and oversee VIP room deliveries.
- Recreation: Lead daily resort activities and aquatics operations, manage opening and closing procedures, perform aquatic management and pool chemical calculations, and facilitate daily guest engagement.
- Housekeeping: Supervise daily housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, update room statuses, log maintenance work orders, and manage reports.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's program at an accredited institution with a major or minor in Hospitality & Tourism, Food & Beverage, Recreation, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills with an understanding of conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in demanding environments and abide by appearance standards.
- Prior hospitality work experience is highly preferred.
- Some positions require a valid Driver's License.
- Recreation interns must be willing to obtain lifeguard, CPR, and first aid certifications.

- Locations: Hershey and Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship program.
- Company coordinated housing is available for a weekly fee of $160, which includes utilities and limited transportation.
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
