About the role#
Henkel is hiring a Supply Planning Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Houston, Texas. You will work with the Adhesive Technologies business unit to support daily supply planning operations and data management.
What you'll do#
- Support supply planners by reviewing inventory levels, material availability, and open supply issues.
- Maintain and validate planning master data within SAP, including lead times, MRP fields, and source lists.
- Develop and update Excel and Power BI reports to monitor supply gaps, open orders, and planning exceptions.
- Assist with process improvement projects and data cleanup to increase reporting visibility.
- Coordinate with procurement, production planning, customer service, and supply planning teams to resolve open items.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Data Science.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Power BI experience is helpful.
- SAP experience is a plus but not required.

- Term: May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: $22 to $27 per hour.
- Work Modality: On-site.
