About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work within the Adhesive Technologies business unit. You will gain exposure to the Automotive OEM market in North America and Mexico while supporting regional strategy and sales efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Assess current business performance and identify growth opportunities alongside Key Account Management teams.
- Analyze market data, including size, growth, and competitive dynamics, with the Strategy & Marketing team.
- Support the development of regional strategies to address gaps in OEM coverage.
- Partner with sales and application teams to pursue profitable business opportunities.
- Contribute to projects aimed at increasing market share and optimizing portfolio coverage.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student graduating in 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Marketing.
- Strong data analytics skills and the ability to interpret market insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High engagement and a self-starter approach.

- Location: Madison Heights, Michigan.
- Term: Winter and Summer 2027 (January 11th to August 13th).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22 to $27 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
- Note: This position does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support.
